General Job Description:
Under general supervision, performs the following activities:
Tracking and pre-alert of re-shipment of HV goods
Registration and setting of Spitfire vehicle locks
Badge registration in access control at Genetec
Audit of registration of driver releases at Brazil Risk
Manifest analysis of vehicles without trackers
Check-list of equipment and maintenance requests
Vehicle checklist (AUTOTRAC TEST) Linehaul FedEx
Checklist of HV operations, performing bait insertions, lock setting, registration of HV FORMs, Cyltronics Lock SMs, and control of check-in or check-out in compliance with PGR, POP Security, and application of contingencies by degree of risk in the station and partners
Control, receipt, and return of Ciltronics locks on Linehaul with pre-alert sending
Audit of PUD cargo vehicles
HV load audit for weekend and holiday safety planning
Perform periodic rounds during the day in the warehouse to identify possible losses, damages, or failures in loads
Periodic audit of the cargo report at the terminal to identify loads stopped for too long
Conduct general investigations, analyze internal and external losses data, perform image searches, and register police reports
Interact throughout the day with the concierge/supervisors
Support risk assessment of new routes, FedEx stations, partners, and customer operations
Assist in WPVP investigations
Provide on-site support for integration projects and security improvements
Container opening
Anti-panic tests, fences, and FOG
Obtain local quotes from suppliers
Manage crises and conflicts
Perform other activities as assigned
Minimum Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Language: Basic English preferred
Experience: Previous experience in security, monitoring, logistics, transport operations, or related fields
