Key Responsibilities:
 * Develop and implement business strategies to achieve sales objectives.
 * Promote and sell products in assigned regions to meet or exceed sales targets.
 * Create and execute individual sales plans to develop new customer relationships and expand existing ones.
 * Manage sales contracts and coordinate market issues effectively.
 * Maintain a strong team environment and utilize internal and external resources to achieve sales goals.
Requirements:
 * Familiarity with hydrocolloid application technology is an advantage. Fluency in English is required; Chinese communication skills are preferred.
 * Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as proficiency in office software, are essential.
