About the Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Sales Engineering Delivery Manager with 3+ years of experience to build meaningful connections between prospective clients and internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead strategic discovery sessions, capturing key details such as project timelines and requirements, and distill insights into clear, high-impact proposals that drive business value.
* Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the software development lifecycle—from conceptualization through to market release—and utilize this expertise to guide discussions and assess project feasibility.
* Utilize consultative questioning techniques to uncover client pain points and business objectives, extracting and analyzing high-level requirements such as project timeline, technical skill requirements, and risk assessments.
* Present complex information in a clear and compelling manner, leveraging strong storytelling skills to ensure clarity and persuasion in all client-facing interactions.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* Exceptional Communication & Interpersonal Skills: outstanding ability to build rapport and trust quickly; strong presentation and storytelling skills to ensure clarity and persuasion in all client-facing interactions.
* UX & Presentation Design Acumen: solid grasp of user experience (UX) principles and design thinking, enabling effective discussion of digital product experiences; proven track record of creating high-quality, visually engaging presentation decks and proposals.
* Technical Savvy & SDLC Knowledge: deep understanding of the software development lifecycle—from conceptualization through to market release—and familiarity with agile methodologies.
* Analytical & Strategic Thinking: strong analytical skills to synthesize complex information, identify key insights, and recommend actionable strategies.
* Team Collaboration & Cross-Functional Coordination: demonstrated ability to work effectively across multiple departments, managing internal communications as deals move from the funnel stage to the kickoff.
* Consultative Sales Experience: prior experience in a pre-sales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, ideally within a digital software consultancy or similar environment.
