ServiceNow Enterprise Architect
We seek an experienced professional to configure and enhance ServiceNow APM, aligning it with CSDM standards and supporting accurate service mapping and application service configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Enhance ServiceNow APM to manage application portfolios effectively.
* Support the implementation of CSDM standards for accurate service mapping.
* Use SAM and Discovery data to enrich application metadata and strengthen service maps.
* Provide visibility into technical debt and contribute to roadmap planning for leadership.
* Maintain compatibility with the latest ServiceNow upgrade.
Required Skills & Experience:
* 8+ years of IT experience, including enterprise-level exposure.
* 4–5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow APM.
* Proven background with ServiceNow SAM and Discovery modules.
* Expertise in configuring Application Services and building Service Maps.
* Experience working with the latest ServiceNow release.
* Fluent English communication skills.
