Summary: The HR Assistant is the first point of contact for on-site Associate support in BR Operations organization. They provide friendly and welcoming support to our Associates regarding a broad range of benefits, policy, payroll, time & attendance and other topics while maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality. They lead or participate in engagement and internal communications actions, support frontline leaders and engage with other supporting functions to deliver a delightful Associate experience.

They provide friendly and welcoming support to our Associates regarding a broad range of benefits, policy, payroll, time & attendance and other topics while maintaining an appropriate level of confidentiality. They lead or participate in engagement and internal communications actions, support frontline leaders and engage with other supporting functions to deliver a delightful Associate experience.
Key job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
* Associate Support: Directly assist Associates and drive case resolution.
* Staffing: Onboarding/offboarding of T1-T3 associates. Support internal recruiting process.
* Time and Attendance / Payroll: Manage daily exceptions, support AAs and leaders with time and attendance matters. Scheduling, shift changes, VTO, bank of hours, overtime.
* Employee Lifecycle: Front-line execution of general HR services (cafeteria, shuttle, lockers, swag store, other).
* Engagement & Communication: Execute engagement and communication plans.
* HR Metrics & Analytics: Data collection and input. Daily maintenance of HR systems.
* Ops Standards: Execute PXT and operational standards - SPPR/SQPR, FSI, AO, Safety Touch, others.
* ER & Compliance: PXT focal point for low complex investigations. Supports execution of disciplinary measures.
* Talent Development up to L3: Generate insights for T1-T3 talent management and development. Support L3 leaders on providing feedback and driving effective communication. Participates in SPPR/SQPR meetings and supports output execution.
* DEI: Support affinity groups and execution of local initiatives related to DEI.
Basic Qualifications
* 6+ months of human resources experience
* 6+ months of customer service experience
* 6+ months of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
* High school or equivalent
* Experience in confidential environments
Preferred Qualifications
* 1+ years of human resources experience
* 1+ years of customer service experience
* 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience
