OverviewHead of Growth Marketing at Common Thread Collective (CTC). This role focuses on crafting data-driven forecasts and executing growth strategies, fostering strong client relationships, and representing CTC’s distinctive approach to media acquisition and its tools.What We Look ForThis place isn’t for everyone, but it might be for you if you value core company principles and are ready to commit to high standards in growth marketing and client collaboration.ResponsibilitiesLead data-driven growth strategies and forecasting, aligning with client goals and CTC methodologies.Foster transparent communication with clients, detailing steps taken and comparing results to projections.Represent CTC’s approach to media acquisition and associated tools; drive execution and accountability within the team.Contribute to growth initiatives and ensure campaigns are built using CTC’s structure and best practices.Monitor campaigns, adjust budgets and strategies to maximize KPIs and daily projected targets.Develop growth forecasts and maps using the Prophet system; analyze data to support strategic planning.Collaborate with team members (Google Strategist, Creative Strategist, Email Strategist) and ensure data integrity across client work.Lead and participate in ongoing process improvement, ensuring high-quality client deliverables and adherence to timelines.Participate in client communications, providing daily performance updates and weekly strategic updates.Qualifications & Personal AttributesAutodidact: Naturally curious, quick learner, able to absorb information and apply feedback proactively.Unimpeachable Character: Honest, self-aware, owns outcomes, values constructive feedback.Competitive Greatness: Thrives on hard challenges, persistent, adaptable, and passionate about work.Required Skills & ExperienceStrong data analysis ability; familiarity with Google Sheets; comfortable using data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling client messaging with emotional intelligence.Experience in growth marketing, media buying, or related fields; capacity to build and adapt growth plans based on data and client needs.What Success Looks LikeAchieve high accuracy within a 5% delta of the forecast in Growth Map and client outcomes.Maintain high client satisfaction and deliver on forecast commitments with rigorous quality standards.Lead the team to optimize productivity and ensure timely delivery of results.Contribute ideas to team discussions and company content; support growth and innovation.Compensation & BenefitsSalary progression: First month $2,000; Second month $4,000; Third month average $7,000; 1st year $64,000–$76,000; 2nd year $100,000–$120,000 (depending on client load and performance).Performance-based growth, pay transparency, and regular feedback to support career development.Location & Work EnvironmentFully remote with flexible scheduling; autonomy with regular feedback, accountability, and opportunities for growth.OtherJob is client-facing and involves collaboration within a growth-focused team.
