Job Responsibilities
* Project management: Manage multiple projects daily, spanning several weeks or beginning and ending on the same day.
* Client communication: Communicate with clients via email, phone, or WeChat to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
* Ad-hoc recruitment of specialized language professionals: Identify colleagues to assist with projects based on relevant time zones or regions.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in a related field.
* Fluency in English and an additional language is beneficial.
* Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
* Strong written and verbal communication, and client service skills.
* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges.
