About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Director for Emerging Markets to lead our business growth in the European or South American markets from scratch. As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive country-specific business plans, establishing key partnerships, building high-performance sales teams, and driving significant revenue growth.
Main Responsibilities:
* Market Strategy and Leadership: Develop and execute aggressive growth targets, establish market dominance, and drive revenue expansion.
* Business Development and Partnerships: Proactively seek, negotiate, and secure partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers.
* Team Building and Management: Build, coach, and lead local sales teams from scratch, fostering a high-performance culture through effective training, coaching, and motivation.
* Revenue Generation: Drive all sales activities to acquire new customers and maximize deposits, manage key accounts and high-value partners personally.
* Market Intelligence: Gain insight into the local competition landscape, regulatory environments, and customer needs of the CFD/cryptocurrency/fintech industry.
* Compliance: Ensure all sales and partnership activities comply with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
At least 2 years of senior sales or leadership experience in Contracts for Difference (CFDs), cryptocurrency, or online trading/internet finance industry.
Proven track record of building sales teams from scratch and leading them to exceed targets.
Experience in establishing partnerships with affiliates and introducing brokers, with a relevant network preferred.
Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is a prerequisite.
Bonus Points:
Proficiency in other foreign languages (e.g., Spanish, Portuguese, German, French) is preferred.
Have a potential customer or partner network in the European or South American market.
Experience with Go-to-Market Strategy in designated regions.
