We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Support Intern to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery of best-in-class technical assistance to business clients and partners, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

The position follows a hybrid work model, based in our office in Vila Lobos, São Paulo.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in providing technical support for business product lines via internal tools, chat, and web channels.
* Support the team in identifying and troubleshooting software and system-related issues.
* Help prioritize support requests based on urgency and potential security impact.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cases, activities, and resolutions.
* Collaborate with team members on operational and logistical support tasks.
* Continuously learn and stay updated on relevant technologies and cybersecurity practices.
Qualifications
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
* Strong English communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Basic knowledge of computer networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS).
* Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows and/or Linux).
* General understanding of IT fundamentals, including hardware, software, and applications.
* Basic knowledge of cybersecurity concepts such as antivirus, firewalls, and authentication.
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Good problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Eagerness to learn and develop technical skills in IT support and cybersecurity.
