Client Success Manager
We're seeking an exceptional Client Success Manager to join our team. As a key point of contact for our clients, you will ensure they achieve maximum value from our services and grow with us.
This role requires strong communication skills, a proactive approach to client engagement, and the ability to build lasting relationships.
* Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience.
* Regularly check in with clients to review performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses.
* Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Onboarding & Relationship Management: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for new clients.
* Ongoing Support & Strategy: Regularly review client performance, provide strategic insights, and optimize their marketing campaigns.
* Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses.
* Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally, working with internal teams to resolve any challenges.
What We're Looking For:
* Experience: 2+ years in a client success, account management, or customer service role (preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or home services industries).
* Communication Skills: Fluent English speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Minimal accent for clear and effective communication with clients.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience using CRM and project management tools such as GoHighLevel, Slack, and ClickUp.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and proactively address client concerns.
* Results-Driven: Passionate about helping clients succeed and achieving high retention rates.
* Organized & Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently.
