Senior Benefits Manager LATAM
Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Benefits Manager to lead the strategy, design, and management of employee benefits programs across Latin America. This is a high-profile role that requires strategic leadership, program design & management, compliance & risk management, employee experience & engagement, and analytics & continuous improvement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive benefits strategy that supports the company's growth and employee value proposition across Latin America.
o Act as the regional thought leader on benefits trends, market practices, and digital innovations in the Global Rewards space.
* Program Design & Management:
o Design and manage benefits programs—including health, retirement, life, disability, and wellbeing—across multiple Latin American markets.
o Drive scalability and efficiency through regional harmonization, technology enablement, and vendor consolidation where appropriate.
* Compliance & Risk Management:
o Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, and reporting requirements.
* Employee Experience & Engagement:
o Develop compelling communication strategies that help employees understand and value their benefits.
* Analytics & Continuous Improvement:
o Leverage data and market insights to drive benefits strategy and cost management decisions.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
* 10+ years of experience with a leadership position managing employee benefits in a multi-country regional role across Latin America.
* Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
