Job Title: Digital Account Manager
About the Role:

* As a Digital Account Manager, you will coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns, provide strategic recommendations based on client goals, and monitor campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Relationship Building: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by ensuring their satisfaction and growth.
2. Campaign Execution: Coordinate with internal teams to execute digital campaigns, including media, creative, performance, branding, etc.
3. Strategy and Recommendations: Provide strategic recommendations based on client goals and market context.
4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and proactively optimize as needed.
5. Upsell/Cross-Sell Opportunities: Identify opportunities to maximize client value.
6. Contract Management: Manage contracts, budgets, timelines, and deliverables with transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* Strong understanding of the digital ecosystem: paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, etc.
* Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
* Proactive attitude, solution-oriented mindset, and a genuine passion for digital marketing.
