Business/Function Analyst Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Business/Function Analyst to join our organization and drive business value through technology.
* Requirements Analysis and Specification: Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, translating them into detailed functional specifications for the development team.
* Solution Design and Testing: Collaborate with developers and system architects to design solutions that meet business needs.
* Stakeholder Management and Leadership: Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
* Risk Management and Budgeting: Identify and mitigate risks in technology projects.
Key Requirements:
* Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years as a business or functional analyst in an IT environment.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
Tools and Abilities:
* Proficiency in business analytics tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Signavio.
* Experience with project management software such as Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project, and Asana.
