* The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow and play a pivotal role in building and evolving it as the 'IT ERP' for our new IT organization.
* This individual will take hands-on architectural decisions, guide and supervise external partners, and directly contribute to configuration, development, administration of ServiceNow.
* The technical expert will consult and guide on architectural and configuration decisions across various modules ensuring ServiceNow meets modern integrated IT landscape requirements.
