Instructional Designer
We are seeking a talented professional to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have experience with creative instructional design technologies, adult learning, and training development.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop training course materials using instructional design techniques and adult learning theory.
* Develop assessments to support and analyze learning effectiveness.
* Design training and job aids for instructor-led and online delivery.
* Develop learning objectives to include audience, behavior, conditions, and standards.
The successful candidate will possess excellent written and oral communication skills, expertise in adult learning, and proficiency in instructional design software such as Storyline and Captivate. Additionally, they should have hands-on experience with mobile devices, tablets, computers, digital cameras, televisions, home audio, and/or appliances, and a basic understanding of next-generation technologies related to cloud, mobile, social, or big data. In this position, you will work on developing interactive eLearning content that drives employee engagement and supports business goals.
Requirements:
* Experience with Storyline and Captivate is required.
* Basic understanding of next-generation technologies is desired.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills are essential.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary.
