Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (Contractor / PJ)Duration: 12 months (with potential extension)Overview:Our client is seeking a Senior Recruiter to support US-based clients in a fast-paced staffing environment. This role requires strong English communication, experience working directly with US stakeholders, and the ability to manage high-volume recruiting across multiple requisitions.Key Responsibilities:- Manage full lifecycle recruiting (intake → sourcing → screening → submission → interview → offer → close)- Support US-based hiring managers and account teams- Handle high-volume req loads (20–40+ open roles depending on complexity)- Recruit across technical and/or professional roles- Work within ATS/VMS systems (including high-touch / low-touch / no-touch environments)- Maintain strong pipeline activity and candidate engagement- Ensure high-quality submissions with strong attention to detailRequirements:- 5+ years recruiting experience (agency or staffing strongly preferred)- Track record of success in Technical Recruiting supporting roles like Software Engineer, DevOps, Solutions Architect, etc.- Proven experience supporting US-based clients- Strong English (spoken + written)- Experience with high-volume recruiting environments- Experience working with VMS / MSP models- Highly process-driven and organized- Supporting customers in the US EST TimezoneNice to Have:- Experience supporting Government or strict compliance accounts- Recruiting experience for Retail Operations and/or Creative positions (Graphic Design, Fashion Design, etc.)- Metrics-driven mindset (submittals, interviews, placements)
