We are looking for an Advertising Sales Manager to accelerate commercial growth with brands, agencies, and strategic partners. This role is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, strengthening client relationships, and driving results through media, content, and digital advertising solutions.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, including advertisers and agencies.
Prospect and develop new business opportunities, leading the full sales cycle from first contact to deal closure.
Present advertising solutions, formats, case studies, and product offerings in a strategic and consultative manner.
Build strong, long‑term client relationships by understanding business needs and developing tailored proposals.
Develop and deliver commercial presentations aligned with client objectives and brand strategy.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables.
Monitor campaign performance to ensure excellent execution and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, Planning, and Data, to provide a best‑in‑class advertiser experience.
Maintain CRM and sales pipeline accuracy, preparing reports, forecasts, and key performance metrics.
Requirements
Previous experience in advertising, digital media sales, content, or tech.
Strong relationships with advertising agencies and / or direct clients.
Consultative and strategic mindset with strong business acumen.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Strong presentation skills, including experience with Keynote, Power Point, or Google Slides.
Highly organized, disciplined, and capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
Nice to Have
Experience with digital platforms, social media, adtech, or the creator economy.
Knowledge of digital metrics, media formats, and performance advertising.
Intermediate or advanced English.
