About the role:

The Demand Generation Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients receive high-quality marketing execution that drives measurable results. Whether through points our hours, this role ensures work is delivered efficiently and transparently based on each client’s contract.

This role requires strong strategic thinking, project management, and client relationship skills to ensure marketing initiatives are effectively planned, executed, and optimized. You will act as the primary contact for clients, overseeing campaign execution, aligning resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for translating client goals into actionable deliverables, managing project priorities, and ensuring each initiative aligns with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:Client Strategy & Execution

● Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on objectives.

● Guide quarterly strategy calls, translating business goals into structured marketing initiatives.

● Define and prioritize client deliverables, ensuring efficient execution.

● Proactively provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance marketing performance.

Project & Resource Management

● Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns, coordinating with Specialists to achieve desired results.

● Monitor progress on deliverables, ensuring projects stay within the allocated scope.

● Manage deadlines, approvals, and revisions, ensuring seamless project completion.

● Work with internal teams to optimize workflows and improve efficiency in marketing execution.

Performance & Optimization

● Track and analyze marketing performance, identifying areas for optimization.

● Collaborate with channel heads and Account Directors to ensure high quality deliverables get produced and contribute to client goals.

● Regularly review client satisfaction and engagement, proactively addressing potential issues.

● Identify opportunities for upselling additional services that align with client needs.

● Collaborate with the Growth Manager to ensure high client retention and continued success.

Success Metrics

In this role, you’ll be accountable for the following key performance indicators:

● Client point burden, ensuring each client remains on track based on the amount of points/hours purchased.

● Client goals, ensuring we are hitting the pre-defined targets set forth to define specific outcomes from the engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience in-house in B2B digital marketing or demand generation, ideally within software and technology.
* Hands-on experience managing paid media channels and optimizing digital performance.
* Strong understanding of funnel metrics, digital attribution models, and revenue-oriented KPIs.
* Excellent project management skills; capable of managing internal projects and multiple external vendors.
* Strong analytical mindset with a solid grasp of attribution models and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, DreamData, or similar.
* Familiarity with technical tools like Google Tag Manager, and Optimizely or VWO.
* The ability to self-direct and self-start and work independently as well as within and across teams.
* Hands-on experience in using marketing automation technology (HubSpot) and CRM (HubSpot).
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
* C1 or C2 English proficiency level.
* CV and LinkedIn profile in English showcasing experience in chronological order.

Nice-to-Haves:

* Prior experience in a growth-stage or scale-up SaaS business.
* Familiarity with content personalization, dynamic content, or account-based web experiences.
* Experience with SQL or business intelligence tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
