Job Opportunity:
The role of a Scrum Master is to facilitate and coordinate the Agile framework within an organization. This position involves several key responsibilities.
* Agile Facilitation & Coordination
o Orchestrate major Agile events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt.
o Manage the project calendar to ensure team-level cadence.
o Facilitate problem-solving and cross-team collaboration.
* Culture Development & Coaching
o Coach teams in lean-agile principles.
o Promote a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
* Risk Management
o Identify, track, and help resolve impediments and risks.
o Escalate critical issues to leadership when needed.
* Flow Optimization
o Optimize the flow of value across the teams.
o Help manage dependencies and architectural runway.
* Salesforce knowledge is appreciated, and JIRA knowledge is required.
Communication Strategy
* Communicate with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.
* Link business strategy to technical execution.
