Job Title: Senior Salesforce Developer (Sales Cloud / CRM) Location: Remote Time Zone Requirement: Must be able to work in EST time zone Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience, particularly with Salesforce Sales Cloud/CRM, to support data clean-up, system enhancements, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, Apex development, integrations, and data management while ensuring high data quality and system scalability. Key Responsibilities: Support data alignment activities for customer, distributor, and partner accounts, including data clean-up, duplicate removal, data migration, and imports. Implement and maintain processes to ensure accurate and consistent account and company data within Salesforce. Integrate Salesforce with Dun & Bradstreet data feeds for reliable company data enrichment and maintenance. Develop and support enhancements related to data quality, account management, and CRM functionality. Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, and Data teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions. Provide guidance on data governance and best practices to ensure long-term system integrity. Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud using standard and custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and automation tools. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components (LWC/Aura). Implement integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware platforms. Follow Salesforce development best practices related to security, scalability, and maintainability. Participate in code reviews, testing, deployments, and release management. Maintain technical documentation and support knowledge transfer to internal teams. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of Salesforce development experience. Strong experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and CRM implementations. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura. Experience with data migration, data quality management, and Salesforce integrations. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Experience working with large datasets and data governance practices. Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes. Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience integrating Dun & Bradstreet data services with Salesforce. Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I/II or Salesforce Administrator. Experience working in agile development environments .
