We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative or Account Executive to join our team in the biotech and healthtech industry.
The ideal candidate will have previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related fields. They will be responsible for qualifying leads and managing the sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups.

 * Conduct sales meetings and presentations using company materials to explain products and services.
 * Communicate clearly and professionally in English and Spanish when applicable.
 * Confidently learn and discuss genetics-related topics to engage with clients.
 * Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
Previous sales experience in genetics, biotech, clinics, labs, or related fields is required. A biology or related background is a plus. Strong organizational skills are necessary for tracking discussions and prioritizing effectively.
Familiarity with selling technology-driven solutions is strongly preferred. Advanced English proficiency is required for clear verbal communication, strong written skills, and confident presentation.
Schedule: Full-time Monday to Friday 9am-5pm PST. Flexible working hours may be required based on client schedules across different time zones.
