We're seeking a highly skilled Client Experience Champion to deliver exceptional experiences to our clients. This role demands technical expertise, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to solve complex problems effectively.
* Provide comprehensive onboarding guidance to new users, ensuring seamless setup and best practices adoption.
* Document technical insights, common patterns, and innovative solutions derived from real customer interactions.
* Develop and maintain high-quality documentation, tutorials, and sample projects that showcase our expertise.
* Offer expert technical support through multiple channels, including Slack, email, and meetings.
* Collaborate closely with engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues and prioritize fixes in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate boasts 2+ years of experience in developer-facing or technical support roles and is proficient in Python programming language and has a good understanding of Large Language Model ecosystems.
