We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team.
This role involves designing, implementing and supporting complex IT systems for enterprise clients. You'll work closely with modern infrastructure technologies, collaborate with internal teams, and provide expert guidance to help organizations optimize their IT environments.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Design, install, configure and support systems technologies, including servers, storage and Active Directory.
* Consult with clients on integrating new technologies into existing infrastructures.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver tailored business solutions for critical environments.
* Manage and resolve client support tickets, maintaining clear communication and documentation.
* Track time against project agreements to ensure service efficiency and profitability.
* Report on project progress and participate in ongoing technical training and development.
