This position should have strong business acumen and the ability to understand business requirements and turn them into the technical details needed for the developers to build the solutions. Candidate will need to be fluent in Portuguese and English to support our global organization.Role Responsibilities:Team LeadershipProvide mentoring and coaching to junior team members. Serve as the first reviewer for work performed by junior team members.Testing, Documentation and ProceduresDefine and coordinate the execution of testing procedures, and develop test cases to serve the overall quality assurance processDevelop and maintain technical documentation (processes, designs, etc.)Develop and implement maintenance procedures, monitor systems health, gather system statistics, and troubleshoot reported errors and alarmsSystems and Application Development and DeploymentParticipate in the deployment, maintenance, upgrade and troubleshooting core business applications and systemsParticipate in the development, analysis, prioritization, and organization of specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts for developers and testers to followImplement best practices for scalability, supportability, ease of maintenance, and system performanceDefine solution limitations and requirementsWork with Architects to ensure all systems integrate into the solution’s technology stackCommunicate the solution context and intent and align development stakeholders on the technical directionRequired Qualifications:Salesforce implementation for a large organization with specific focus on the Manufacturing, Sales and Service cloud7+ years of experience working with information technologies and systems analysisStrong knowledge of business processes, and how data and software applications support those processesWorking knowledge of SAP S4 in the SD / OTC area will be considered an assetWorking knowledge of PriceFx will be considered an assetStrong computer, hardware, software, and analytical skillsProven ability to assess business needs and translate them into relevant solutionsStrong understanding and knowledge of the principles and practices associated with packaged and/or SaaS applications.Knowledge of agile methodologies and frameworks such as KanbanpreferredStrong proficiency in estimation and planningTo Apply for this Job Click Here
