Strategic Account Development Specialist
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Specialist to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new VIP clients through strategic networking and prospecting efforts.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Support the management of VIP client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and driving business growth.
* Develop and execute engagement and retention strategies to increase player loyalty and enhance the overall customer experience.
* Work closely with senior team members to design and implement effective VIP incentives, promotions, and personalized offers that meet client needs.
* Analyze key performance metrics such as betting volume, customer acquisition cost (CAC), retention rates, and customer lifetime value (LTV) to inform business decisions.
* Prepare reports on VIP performance and account development to ensure data-driven decision making.
* Maintain compliance with responsible gaming and company policies at all times.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Experience in account management, sales, or customer service, preferably in the gaming industry.
* A strong understanding of the gaming market and its trends would be beneficial.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong client relationships.
* Basic knowledge of sports betting and online casino operations is a plus.
* Ability to work with data and reports to understand customer behavior and preferences.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is essential.
