Job Responsibilities (Summary)
Responsible for coordinating, executing, supervising, and evaluating all stages related to the Material and Sterilization Center (CME).
Activity Description
* Conduct technical audits to verify the effectiveness of technical visits to CMEs;
* Manage CME nurses technically;
* Ensure technical quality of CMEs;
* Define action plans with teams and clients;
* Issue technical reports;
* Provide feedback on results to hospital management;
* Implement CME setups;
* Define operational flows in ongoing CMEs and validate layouts with architects;
* Monitor technical area indicators;
* Conduct RDC 15 training;
* Create and validate Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs);
* Manage EAD (Distance Education) platform and create online courses;
* Test and validate supplies;
* Conduct nurse recruitment and internal technical assessments;
* Perform pre-contract audit visits;
* Create and validate process control protocols;
* Oversee the opening of new hospitals (sterile supply, equipment, and furniture placement);
* Present workshops to coordinators and hospital executives;
* Continuously seek technological innovations related to product processing, through lectures, congresses, and related tasks.
