Sales Pipeline Specialist (B2B SaaS Focus)
Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Sales Pipeline Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts.
Your primary goal will be to optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data, launch and iterate experiments weekly, and present insights that kill waste and scale winners.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage Google Search, Display & YouTube campaigns for 8-12 SaaS accounts
* Optimize Google Ads based on HubSpot data
* Launch and iterate experiments weekly - ad copy, offers, LPs
* Present insights that kill waste and scale winners
Requirements
* 5 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads for B2B SaaS (SQL generation track record)
* Fluent in HubSpot (or similar) + Google Tag Manager
* Able to juggle 5+ accounts solo; proactive, zero hand-holding
* Copy chops that turn complex SaaS value props into irresistible search ads
