About The Team/role
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer, you will play a critical role in building high-impact teams across our organization. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top talent in competitive markets, acting as a strategic partner to recruiters and business leaders for complex and critical roles.
In this role, you'll be...
* Lead proactive talent sourcing and market mapping for senior and critical roles.
* Design and execute effective sourcing strategies for both technical and business functions.
* Engage passive candidates and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
* Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand business priorities and role requirements.
* Contribute to diversity initiatives, employer branding, and continuous process improvement.
* Leverage data to drive decisions and share talent insights with stakeholders.

* Proven experience as a sourcer or talent hunter, ideally in tech companies, startups, or fast-paced environments.
* Expertise in sourcing techniques (Boolean search, advanced LinkedIn use, competitive mapping).
* Strong experience hiring for technical and/or go-to-market roles.
* Data-driven mindset with excellent prioritization and stakeholder management skills.
* Strong communication and consultative approach.
* Fluent to advanced English.
