We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer systems, networks, operating systems, and cloud platforms.
Responsibilities include installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
Serving as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools.
Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication (MFA).
Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
Document processes, create user guides, and train staff on new technologies and best practices.
Collaborate with leadership to evaluate and implement new tools that enhance productivity and security.
Key skills and qualifications include experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, VPNs, patch management, and incident response.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
