**Your Role**
- Define and lead the sales strategy in Brazil, aligned with the company's global objectives
- Manage and develop the sales team - including recruitment, development, targets, and performance
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competition to anticipate movements and adjust plans accordingly
- Collaborate closely with technical, marketing, planning, and supply chain teams
- Manage the sales budget with a focus on sustainable growth
- Gather market and team insights to continuously optimize sales processes
- Represent the company at strategic industry events, fairs, and conferences

- Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Pharmacy.
- Solid experience in commercial leadership positions.
- Background in the cosmetic ingredients sector.
- Advanced English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership skills, business vision, strategic communication, and resilience.
