To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, sales)
* At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a leadership capacity
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction
