The platform includes pre‑accelerators, accelerators, corporate programming, conferences and fellowships focused on entrepreneurs, artists, musicians, startups and job seekers.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our rapidly growing team. This role involves creating high‑quality graphics and visual content that align with our brand and marketing goals. The designer will collaborate with the Visual & Brand Designer to produce engaging visuals for our website, marketing campaigns, events, and other communication materials, while reporting to the VP of Business Development.

Core Responsibilities
Create and design high‑quality graphics for marketing, advertising, sales, and other communications.
Develop imagery, charts, ads, and infographics that drive interest in our product lines.
Ensure all graphics adhere to gener8tor’s brand guidelines and represent the company well.
Collaborate with the Visual & Brand Designer and other team members to plan and execute design projects.
Support the design and maintenance of our website.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into design work.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers as needed.
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in graphic design.
Portfolio of extensive designs used in successful marketing campaigns.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Keynote.
Experience with both print and digital media.
Strong creativity and innovation skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, art, design, or a related field (preferred).
Experience operating in Squarespace (preferred).
Website design experience (a plus).
Entrepreneurial spirit and a self‑starter.
