Learning Delivery Manager
This role is responsible for coordinating training sessions and overseeing all activities within the service. The Learning Delivery Manager will work closely with the customer's learning delivery team to ensure seamless execution.
* Analyze training needs provided by the client and determine the number of sessions required to train the overall number of trainees according to courses and site.
* Initiate and manage requests for session creation, modification, completion, and cancellation as needed.
* Organize training sessions based on trainee expectations and availability, ensuring proper execution.
* Collaborate with the Indian team for any changes or updates in the training event or program.
* Support completion of training activities by following up on attendance and invoices as necessary.
* Maintain adherence to workflow and processes using the CRM tool.
This role requires 2-4 years of experience in learning delivery management and/or operations, along with exposure to an international work environment. Strong understanding of the training landscape, customer service-oriented mindset, and teamwork are essential. Proficiency in English, MS Office, Excel, SharePoint, and knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM systems are mandatory requirements.
