Technical Recruiter Role
We are seeking a skilled Tech Recruiter to fill this high-volume technical recruitment position.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, proven experience in technical recruiting, and expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting tools.
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging top-tier candidates for technical roles, primarily Full Stack Python Developers. They will manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, track performance, and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates.
This is a commission-rich role offering high earning potential. Top performers can earn up to $3,000 per month in uncapped commissions, in addition to a base salary of $2,500-3,000 per month.
