Job Type: Full-time employee
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the B2B client portfolio, including prospecting, retention, and post-sale activities.
2. Develop and execute commercial strategies focused on demand generation for hotel accommodations and events in the Campinas region.
3. Negotiate with clients to ensure optimal commercial conditions for the company.
4. Create action plans to increase corporate sales for our hotels.
5. Prepare and analyze proposals based on client needs and follow up on business closures.
6. Ensure achievement of established sales targets.
7. Maintain a routine of visits, calls, and site inspections at hotels.
8. Coordinate with the corporate sales team.
9. Monitor client RFP requests.
10. Participate in trade and client relationship events.
11. Coordinate with hotel departments (reservations, events, revenue management, general management, etc.).
12. Record interactions and engagements in Salesforce.
13. Conduct monthly analysis and closures.
Qualifications:
* Complete higher education in Tourism or Hospitality.
* Intermediate proficiency in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
* Knowledge of Power BI and Salesforce.
* Knowledge of Distribution and Revenue Management (RM).
* Negotiation and persuasion skills.
