The Issuer Partnerships Manager will play a critical role in developing and managing Ant's relationships with global issuing banks and card schemes. This role involves executing partnership strategies, driving solution enablement, monitoring performance, and building strong executive relationships with issuer and card scheme partners.
Your primary goal will be to ensure world-class, high-impact partnerships that deliver measurable results in payment performance — including success rates, dispute reduction, and optimized transaction flows.
This position will report directly to the Head of Financial Institution Partnerships (Asia & MEA) .
What You'll Do:
Drive Ant International-Antom's Issuer engagement programme .
Manage the entire lifecycle of Issuer partnerships from strategy, enablement/implementation, and performance tracking.
Effectively impact Ant International-Antom customers by working with Issuer, internal product, payments ops team to deliver top-notch & optimized payment services—measurable via payment success ratio, minimized dispute/chargeback, and access to market-specific data & insights.
Card authorisation optimisation opportunities for merchants and investigate/resolve soft declines and other payments performance discrepancies.
Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments; develop and strengthen existing and prospective merchants' and partners' awareness of Ant International-Antom capabilities, with a focus on payment optimisation to drive business growth.
What You'll Bring:
8+ years of experience working with Issuers, card schemes, and payment networks across LATAM.
Executive relationships with Issuers & card schemes considered a strong advantage.
Proven stakeholder management skills with adaptability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
Deep fascination with the global financial ecosystem and actionable insight into payment optimization strategies driving enterprise globalization.
Exceptional communicator adept at connecting with internal/external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Strong product instinct to identify opportunities and leverage Ant International's (and partners') existing and future products strategically.
Advanced negotiation skills capable of managing multiple complex deals concurrently across regions.
