Overview
The Commercial team at L'Oréal Luxemb is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales across fragrance, makeup, and skin‑care categories. As a Beauty Consultant you will represent all L'Oréal Luxo brands and create memorable experiences for consumers in the Londrina market.
Responsibilities
Drive sales by presenting and showcasing products to customers.
Assist customers, generating a positive buying experience.
Encourage repeat purchases through excellent customer service.
Maintain store presentation standards, including planogram and cleanliness.
Collaborate with sales staff and store managers.
Submit daily and weekly sales reports via the Agile tool, ensuring accurate sales information for the execution team.
Qualifications
High school education completed.
Experience in sales or sales promotion.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Basic knowledge in at least one category (fragrance, skin care, makeup).
Experience with makeup is desirable.
Social‑media proficiency is a plus.
