Senior Operations Manager for Enterprise Support
This is an exciting opportunity to join our remote team as a Senior Operations Manager, overseeing the delivery of enterprise support services. As part of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service operations, including on-call coverage and incident management.
In this position, you will have the chance to work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure that their needs are met and exceeded. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), runbooks, and triage guides for our technical teams.
