OverviewSitelogIQ is a world-class team making a large-scale impact on the efficiency and sustainability of the places we live, work, shop, and heal.SitelogIQ delivers turnkey energy efficiency and property improvement programs that transform built environments and breathe life into the sustainability, financial, and resiliency goals of real estate teams and corporations across the U.S. Our mission is to make buildings better while making it easy for our clients to accelerate their impact.Job SummaryWorking out of our Commercial Markets Division, the Lead Technician II role is critical to the day-to-day management of our crews and projects, including but not limited to electrical functions testing, installation, pinpointing, commissioning, and troubleshooting EV and electrical components; keeping the jobsite organized and running smoothly. This position requires a high attention to detail and accuracy as well as very clear and proactive communication skills, both with internal teammates as well as safety professionals. All members of our team are expected to work together in a safe, positive, respectful, and professional manner.ResponsibilitiesPerform electrical/EV installation work and provide direction and site supervision to installation team.Verify material requirements and develop installation plan for project and communicate the plan to all technicians and installers.Field installation of project scope ensuring all work is performed according to electrical code and is completed in a timely manner.Provide regular and timely project information to the operations team regarding project progress, installation variance, manpower resources, equipment rental, and differences in contract project scope.Obtain an understanding of project scope of work from supervisor including any available plans or documents.Close out projects by conducting quality assurance and prevention, jurisdiction inspections, and any final verification of scope and quality.Responsible for all aspects of lighting service including lamp, ballast replacement and troubleshooting.Install, replace, or repair EV charging stations including all electrical work and troubleshooting as needed.Perform EV charging audits as required.Must be able to perform job tasks with no supervision.Adhere to safety policy as well as rules and regulations.QualificationsTen (10) or more years of Commercial and/or Residential electrical experience beyond lighting installationHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredNRLT or CSLT is a plusJourneyman License is a plusAdhere to safety policy as well as rules and regulationsMaintain active driver’s license with a clean record and have reliable transportation to report to various job locationsWork Environment and Physical RequirementsAble to move or lift 50 lbs. unassistedAble to withstand varying temperatures typical in an outdoor environmentPosition spends significant amount of time standing, walking, lifting, pulling, and pushingAbility to travel overnight and extended periods of timePosition may require climbing of ladders and/or working from heightsPosition requires 70% travel to regional projects and to other states, based on business needsBenefitsWe offer a highly competitive salary, and comprehensive benefits, including:Medical, dental, and vision insuranceDisability and life insurance401KFlex time off12 paid holidaysTuition reimbursementOpportunities to drive our DE&I efforts by joining our affinity groups, Veterans and Allies Leadership Organization, or Women Inspiring & Strengthening EveryoneOpportunities to give back to our local communities through organized events or fundraisersMore About SitelogIQAt SitelogIQ, we’re focused on creating a great environment for our team first so that it is more energizing and rewarding to focus on creating a great customer experience.
