Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements - Conduct detailed analysis and maintain documentation of business and system processes, functionality, and user needs - Work with cross functional teams to design and implement technical implementation - Design, develop and maintain interactive data visualization dashboards to monitor key success and system performance metrics - Communicate project progress back to business stakeholders Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field. - 1-3 years of experience in data and/or business analytics or a related field. - Proficiency in SQL - Experience with BI Tools (Such as Tableau/Power BI) - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
