About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Operations / Business Support Analyst to support our Key Account Sales team in Brazil, ensuring operational excellence, data-driven insights, and strong client relationship management.
This role will play a key part in supporting commercial operations and enabling the sales team to achieve their targets while improving overall efficiency and execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Key Account Sales team in achieving sales targets through operational and analytical assistance
* Follow up on client needs, organizing financial reconciliation data, tracking customer service tickets, and preparing monthly/quarterly reports
* Handle client issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring strong relationship management
* Assist with market research and competitive analysis in Brazil to support sales strategy
* Prepare business reports and performance analyses to support decision-making
* Support the planning and execution of sales incentives, campaigns, and team initiatives
* Assist with administrative tasks such as expense tracking, asset management, and procurement
* Contribute to a positive team environment and support internal team activities
Requirements
✔ Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above
* At least 1 year of experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, Operations, or Project Management
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with business teams
* Analytical mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and verbal)

* Experience working with Brazilian clients or projects in the Brazilian market
* Experience in bilingual environments or translation
* Background in technology, marketplace, e-commerce, or delivery platforms
