About the Role
TIO is the Technical Implementation Owner part of OCD GSOC Organization, and Orange Business CSU Organization. It manages customer expectations according to the service sold and acts as the main technical point of contact for the customer and the project team (from order to delivery). The TIO delivers managed security solutions to Orange Cyberdefense customers, implements the managed solutions through the different management platforms, and participates in projects to activate Managed Security Services purchased by customers. The TIO ensures that both Customer-, Orange Cyberdefense-, Vendor environments/platforms are set up in accordance with pre‑defined project plans, associated instructions, and timeline. The TIO also has the opportunity to collaborate cross‑functionally with colleagues in the Orange Cyberdefense organization as there are various roles that collaborate within one Onboarding project.
Key Responsibilities
Presales Phase
Reviews the proposal and delivery model with presales support
Provides the level of effort of the build phase
Proposes the management architecture for some managed offers
Validates the timeline and potential training needs
Contributes to service creation or evolution (PoC/PoV)
Project Kickoff
Validates non‑standard requests with ISS and Engineering
Reviews the BoM and requests vendor quotes for the fully managed solutions
Participates in project internal and external kickoff meetings
Helps the security consultant collect the technical requirements
Aligns the project timeline and deliverables with OCD PM
Provides technical guidance for the customer and the project team
Deployment and configuration
New Platform
Reviews the security design
Works with L3 Engineering to deliver new PoC/Bespoke solutions
Validates the non‑standard management approaches with ISS
Implements the managed security scope of work
Operational Platform
Reviews the existing design, the customer environment, and the proposed changes
Aligns the needed changes with the involved stakeholders complying with the complex change management process
Implements the managed security scope of work
Service Activation and Project Closure
Manages the rollout plans with the customer and OCD PM
Tests the security scope with the customer and any other relevant stakeholder
Provides post‑implementation support
Initiates the HOTO process with the Operations team and Security Manager, including the handover sessions and knowledge transfer
Service Disconnection
Coordinates and performs the disconnection tasks for complex disconnections needed for running managed services in collaboration with the TIO colleagues
Quality
Ensure that services can be delivered according to the project timeline
Ensure that service deliverables are in accordance with the project plan
Collaborate with stakeholders to review, provide, and take action on activities within the projects. Stakeholders include:
Security Operations Teams (SOC)
Security PMs
Release Program
Technical Management (ISS)
Security Engineering
Security Managers
Security Consultants
OCD Presales
About You
Skills & Experience
The Technical Implementation Owner will need to possess the following skills:
Highly organized/structured, follow‑through on commitments with a strong sense of responsibility for your own and the team’s overall performance
Ability to work and communicate effectively in English (both written and spoken) and with excellent customer communication skills
Have a positive and helpful attitude and always strive to leave a good impression

Must Have
Advanced networking skills, very good understanding of TCP/IP, routing, switching and SDWAN
Expert network security skills
Advanced / Fluent English (written and spoken)
Very good communication skills
Sound customer‑facing experience
Certification in network security or vendor‑relevant certifications
At least 3 years hands‑on experience with one or more of the following solutions:
Firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto, CheckPoint, Juniper, Cisco)
SASE (Palo Alto Prisma Access)
F5 (LTM, GTM, WAF)
Remote Access Solutions (Ivanti)
SSE (Zscaler)
Antivirus and antimalware
IDS & IDP
URL & content filtering solutions.
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS)
Unix/Linux operating system
Good to Have
French (written and spoken)
Scripting
Project management skills (Senior TIO)
Experience / Certifications
