**Position Overview**:
Join our innovative and dynamic online casino and sports betting company as we expand our Business Control Team. As a Data Insights Developer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our teams have access to the necessary data to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that empower our teams with actionable insights
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with commercial and operational teams to understand data needs and deliver relevant solutions.
- Develop, test, and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Work closely with the Data Manager to design scalable data architectures.
- Utilize Microsoft Fabric and other tools to create comprehensive data solutions.
- Ensure data quality and implement best practices for data governance.
- Continuously optimize data workflows and processes for efficiency.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects and support team decisions with data-driven insights
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in data development, with a focus on building scalable data solutions.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is preferred but not required.
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and data warehousing.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
