Key Responsibilities:
* Act in the installation, configuration and maintenance of specific mining software and hardware;
* Support the automation and IT team in the integration of new technologies and digital solutions;
* Document technical procedures and keep records of calls and solutions; Conduct training and support to end users; Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure operational continuity.
* Accurate data analysis and management of Microsoft tools (BI, PowerApps, etc.) Vision of process improvement, continuous improvement and management systems.
* Knowledge in Power BI
* Contract management
* Certifications in ITIL, networks (e.g. CCNA), or information security;
* Experience with Power BI, SQL or data analysis tools;
* Technical English.
* Knowledge of administrative reporting
* KPI control
* Excel/O365 expertise
* Knowledge in continuous improvement applied to business/industry/Office
* Knowledge in business/industry, multidisciplinary projects oriented to redesign and optimize processes.
