Job Title: Agile Delivery Lead
This is a sought-after role for an experienced professional to lead Agile delivery in a dynamic environment.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in eCommerce and experience as a Scrum Master, supporting web/eCommerce teams. They will be responsible for facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring high-quality predictable delivery across SFCC implementation and ongoing support initiatives (Run + Grow).
Key Responsibilities
1. Foster a culture of psychological safety, accountability, and outcome-driven delivery by coaching teams and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
