**Descrição**:
- Maintains bank communication relationship;
- Foreign exchange closing and control;
- Registration of Foreign Capital Loan Agreements or other receivables and payables in Central Bank (BACEN);
Accounts payable and receivable control;
- Support with contracts and Loan agreement control;
- Codes invoices with accounting account numbers according to distribution in the general ledger;
- Onn a weekly basis, reviews scheduled for payment and special check requests with Controller, prepare and routes for signature according to check signing authority;
- Generates Cashflow reports;
- Interacts with external provider regarding payment status of invoices;
- Ensures the accuracy of an organization's financial documents for payment, financing, auditing, and tax purposes;
- Performs other accounting duties as requested by the Controller;
- Assists with Process Improvement: Suggesting and implementing better reports and processes within the Finance Area.
- Ongoing or Completed Bachelor degree in Accounting, Economy or Business Administration;
- Advanced or Fluent English;
- Good excel skills
