We are seeking a highly skilled Product Champion to drive the implementation of Loyalty and Marketing Automation platforms for LATAM markets.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between marketing teams and technical delivery groups, ensuring business needs are translated into clear, actionable features.
* Develop and prioritize the product roadmap for Loyalty and Marketing Automation initiatives.
* Create clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria; maintain documentation in Confluence.
* Collaborate with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
* Ensure data governance best practices and facilitate integration with the Single Customer View (SCV).
* Support agile ceremonies and guarantee timely, value-driven delivery.
Our ideal candidate has:
* 5–8 years' experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in marketing tech or CRM.
* Strong grasp of Agile methodology and sprint management.
* Familiarity with MarTech tools – CDPs, loyalty/promo engines, and automation platforms.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
* Agile certification (CSPO, SAFe PO/PM) is a plus.
