Key Account Manager
The Key Account Manager reports to the local Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
* Account Management: Manage relationships with mobile network carriers and key partners, guiding them through strategic recommendations aligned with their brands; analyze and optimize revenue performance; liaise with support teams to troubleshoot issues; act as the main interface between partners and internal divisions; meet with carriers and partners to review results and plan upcoming projects.
* Business Development: Launch new partnerships with mobile network carriers; develop existing partnerships within your region; bring 2 to 5 years of experience in selling solutions to Telcos, preferably in Value Added Services; demonstrate experience working with major carriers and integrators; showcase a proven track record in building business and selling projects; possess excellent presentation and communication skills; have a strong sales appetite; be capable of managing multiple complex projects under pressure; be bilingual or proficient in Brazilian Portuguese and English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
