About the Role

* A highly motivated and forward-thinking IT Specialist is required to install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks for all employees, both onsite and remote.
* The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for internal IT support requests, providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
* Support the deployment and integration of new productivity and collaboration tools, including project management and AI-driven solutions.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security, including antivirus, firewalls, VPNs, and multi-factor authentication.
About Our Ideal Candidate
* A working level of spoken and written English is required.
* Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
* Deep knowledge of computer systems, networks, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and cloud platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills; ability to solve problems independently and communicate solutions clearly.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to train and support non-technical users.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience/certifications).
