ServiceNow Administrator
Lead data-driven strategy for the ServiceNow platform. Drive operational performance insights and measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own ServiceNow reporting and analytics governance across all modules.
* Define and standardize KPIs, reporting cadence, and data quality frameworks.
* Design and build dashboards in Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Visualization tools.
* Deliver executive and operational dashboards providing real-time service insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align reporting with goals and ITIL frameworks. Ensure data accuracy, governance, and consistency across ServiceNow, Power BI, and Salesforce. Measure and communicate platform adoption and productivity improvements.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of ServiceNow experience (Performance Analytics, Reporting, or Data Visualization).
* Proven ability to design dashboards across ITSM, CSM, and SPM modules.
* Strong knowledge of ServiceNow data models and CMDB relationships.
Preferred: Experience in an MSP environment. Familiarity with ITIL KPI frameworks. Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
Certifications:
* ServiceNow CSA, Performance Analytics & Reporting Micro-Certs, ITIL 4 Foundation.
